At Mangwana Academy, we provide a fully online learning experience built on the Cambridge International Curriculum and globally recognised ACCA Accounting and Finance qualifications.

Our admissions process welcomes learners from across Zimbabwe and beyond who demonstrate academic potential and meet the required academic and technical criteria.

Form 1 Entry Requirements

Eligibility:

• Completion of Grade 7
• Age range: 12–14 years
• Strong performance in English, Mathematics, and Science is an added advantage

Required Documents:

• Grade 7 results slip or latest school report
• Birth certificate or national ID
• Passport-size photo
• Proof of internet access and an appropriate digital device (laptop/tablet)

Guardian Participation:
To ensure a smooth transition into online learning, parents or guardians of Form 1 students are required to attend our Insight Week orientation programme.
This session is designed to:

• Introduce families to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
• Provide practical strategies to support online learning at home
• Build early collaboration between educators and families

Ordinary Level (IGCSE) Entry Requirements

Eligibility:

• Completion of Form 2 or equivalent
• Age range: 14–17 years
• Strong performance in English, Mathematics, and Science is an added advantage

Required Documents:

• Latest school report or transcript
• Birth certificate or national ID
• Passport-size photo
• Proof of internet access and a digital device

Additional Notes:

• Students must select a minimum of five (5) Cambridge IGCSE subjects
• Placement assessments may be conducted where necessary
• Access to virtual science labs and simulations will be provided for science subjects

Advanced Level (AS/A Level) Entry Requirements

Eligibility:

• Minimum of five (5) IGCSE/O Level passes, including English
• Age range: 16–19 years
• Subject-specific prerequisites (e.g., IGCSE Physics for A Level Physics)
• Strong academic performance in relevant subjects is an added advantage

Required Documents:

• Certified IGCSE/O Level results
• Birth certificate or national ID
• Passport-size photo
• Proof of internet access and a digital device

Additional Notes:

• Students must select three to four (3–4) A Level subjects
• Access to advanced simulations, digital research tools, and academic mentorship
• Career guidance and university preparation support are included in the programme

ACCA Programmes (All Levels)

Mangwana Academy offers a complete ACCA study pathway, from Foundations to Professional Level qualifications, empowering learners to gain globally recognised expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial management.

Eligibility:

• Foundation Level: Completion of A Level or equivalent
• Applied Skills & Strategic Professional Levels: Prior ACCA papers or equivalent accounting qualifications

Required Documents:

• Certified A Level or ACCA results (depending on level)
• National ID or passport
• Passport-size photo
• Proof of internet access and a digital device

Additional Notes:

• Includes hands-on training in Pastel Accounting, QuickBooks, and other professional software
• Learners receive full support with ACCA registration, progression, and exam preparation
• Access to virtual lectures, recorded tutorials, and business simulations
• Ideal for those pursuing careers in finance, auditing, taxation, and corporate management

CPD Training & Virtual Internship Requirements

Technical Requirements for All Applicants

All students must have:

• A reliable internet connection
• Access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet with audio and video capability(For optimal performance, we recommend the use of a laptop or desktop computer, as mobile phones may not deliver the best results)
• Basic digital literacy (training provided during onboarding)
